Domestic & International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Applicable Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

Simply Potent is happy to report that we do take orders from overseas with a few exceptions. However, we will be unable to give you a cost estimate beforehand as the prices vary from country to country due to varying custom fees and other collateral costs. We recommend that you do your research about the customs operations in your country so that you prepared to get your package cleared through customs. This will also help you be aware of the costs associated with incoming consumer goods.

At this point, team Simply Potent would also like to make it very clear that due to both customs regulations and shipping costs, we cannot issue replacements or accept returns on items shipped to addresses outside the United States. The following pointers should help shed some clarity on common doubts related to international shipping.

All prices are shown in US dollars. Kindly refer to a currency converter to know the prices in your country’s currency.

Any and all import duties, VAT, tariff, handling fees, clearance charges, taxes, or brokerage fees (if any) required for importing consumer goods in your country, are the sole responsibility of the recipient of international shipment.

Packing labels or slips of international packages WILL NOT be marked as “gift”. Neither shall they be marked with altered prices.

Simply Potent typically requires at least 3-5 business days for processing and dispatch all international orders. However, additional processing time may be required based on the recipient’s geographic location.

Should the customer choose to opt for “express shipping” at the time of checkout, we shall go with a carrier of our choice. The delivery timelines and other updates will be communicated to you in a timely manner.

Delivery time frames are typically estimates only. They also do not take into account weekends, holidays, or processing and packing (please allow 24 to 48 hours for packing). Please allow your order time to pass through customs procedures; an international order will not be considered ‘lost’ until 45 days from the date of shipment. We are unable to process claims until the 45 day period has passed.

If you are placing bulk orders or more than a 90-day supply of an item, please connect with us before you make your purchase to check the expiration dates of the items we currently have in stock.

Additionally, if Simply Potent is billed for the cost of the return shipment due to local restrictions, you may be responsible for bearing that cost as well.

Simply Potent will be unable to issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by Customs. As per our policies, unless the order is returned back to us, in an undamaged and resalable condition, we will no go ahead with issuing a refund. Any such refunds issued will be for the cost of the products alone. Any shipping costs/collateral fees will not be reimbursed.
