I have tried this product for 3 months now and it does seem to help with stabilizing blood sugar levels. No taste to the capsule or once in the stomach and I have had no side effects so for me it is a good value for the money (in comparison to other comparable supplements).
I have taken this for 20 days. Although I haven't had my A1C checked yet, my blood sugars seem to be in a good range. The pill is a bit to swallow, just take it with lots of water. I have no adverse side effects after taking it, and the cinnamon in this pill is the type that is recommended, in the Ceylon family. We shall see what happens in the next month or so. Satisfied, so far.
Wanted this to help support my A1c. Had to pause taking supplements for a while after a routine liver panel came back elevated, so I only got partway through a bottle before stopping. Can't fully judge the effectiveness yet.

This makes me so furious. we are here because us ourself need help or perhaps a family member and I start reading the reviews and realize there all the same reviews written exactly alike just names changed.
